RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number. You must send a photo within 7 days of receipt showing the damage. Additional photos may be requested. Upon review, I will send you a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and will not be refunded.
If you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it, please contact email@example.com immediately, and I will be happy to exchange it for another size, but a refund will not be given. I do ask that you send the wrong sized shirt back. I will send you the mailing address for shipping. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
MISSING OR DELAYED ITEMS
Please read the COVID-19 update regarding delayed shipping. I do everything in my power to ship on time, but once it is in hands of the USPS, it is out of my control.
However, if after a reasonable amount of time has passed since the anticipated delivery date and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. I will send a replacement at no charge.
