RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
I do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately at lindsay@saccostudios.com

DAMAGED ITEMS:
I do my absolute best to make sure items are securely wrapped to avoid damage. However, on the rare occasion it can happen. If this unfortunately happens, please contact me immediately at lindsay@saccostudios.com with the following:
Order #
Photos of Item damaged
Name and email address
I will respond within 1 business day to help resolve the issue. Either a refund or a replacement will be shipped.

SHIPPING FAQ
GREETING CARDS
Once the order is placed, it usually ships within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on a specific item. To keep shipping costs down, I will ship cards via stamped mail. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered.

SHIPPING - CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS
Processing and shipping time vary depending on the project and response time between buyer and Sacco Studios. Please see specific item for more information. Please let me know immediately when you need your item delivered. I will keep you up-to-date on the progress regularly.

All items are shipped securely to avoid damage. A tracking number will be provided.

If your item is not delivered within 1-2 days the tracking number estimates, please contact me immediately, either through the contact form or email lindsay(at)saccostudios.com, and we will work on the issue.
